Estamos à procura de um SAP SF / HCM Senior Consultant para integrar uma equipa tecnológica especializada em projetos SAP, com foco em soluções SAP SuccessFactors e transformação digital na área de Recursos Humanos.

Esta função terá um papel central na participação em projetos de desenho, implementação e evolução de soluções SAP HCM/SF, contribuindo para iniciativas nacionais e internacionais de elevado impacto.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como SAP SF / HCM Senior Consultant, serás responsável por participar em projetos de implementação de soluções SAP SuccessFactors, desde a análise de requisitos até à entrega dos outputs acordados no âmbito do projeto.

Irás colaborar com equipas funcionais e técnicas, interagindo com clientes e stakeholders para garantir que as soluções implementadas respondem às necessidades do negócio e estão alinhadas com boas práticas de mercado.

Terás também oportunidade de contribuir para o desenvolvimento da prática SAP, partilhando conhecimento e apoiando a melhoria contínua das metodologias e entregas.

Responsabilidades

  • Participar em projetos de desenho e implementação de soluções SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Planear e executar, com autonomia, atividades no âmbito de projetos ou streams de projeto;
  • Traduzir requisitos de negócio em requisitos funcionais e técnicos;
  • Gerir interações com clientes, stakeholders e equipas de projeto;
  • Identificar, analisar e resolver problemas na sua área de especialização;
  • Garantir a qualidade dos entregáveis e o cumprimento dos objetivos definidos;
  • Colaborar em contexto multi-projeto, assegurando organização e capacidade de priorização;
  • Contribuir para o desenvolvimento da prática SAP e partilha de conhecimento;
  • Apoiar a adoção de boas práticas em projetos de transformação de Recursos Humanos.

O que Procuramos

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em projetos de implementação SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de processos SAP HCM / SuccessFactors;
  • Capacidade de análise e tradução de necessidades de negócio em soluções;
  • Experiência em contexto de consultoria ou projetos de transformação digital;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Orientação para o cliente, resultados e qualidade;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e em ambiente multi-projeto;
  • Organização, planeamento e autonomia na execução de tarefas;
  • Pensamento analítico, espírito crítico e capacidade de resolução de problemas;
  • Inglês obrigatório.

Será valorizado:

  • Certificações em módulos SAP SuccessFactors;
  • Conhecimentos de alemão;
  • Experiência em projetos internacionais;
  • Experiência em ambientes complexos de transformação RH;
  • Capacidade de contribuir para metodologias, frameworks e boas práticas internas.
