Estamos a recrutar um(a) Senior ACR para integrar uma equipa especializada em Accounting Compliance & Reporting, apoiando organizações na gestão eficiente dos seus processos contabilísticos, fiscais e de reporting, num contexto regulatório exigente e em constante evolução.

A função combina rigor técnico com visão de negócio, contribuindo para a melhoria da qualidade da informação financeira, otimização de processos e suporte à tomada de decisão.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional irá atuar em projetos de natureza contabilística e fiscal, com exposição a clientes nacionais e internacionais, contribuindo para a preparação de demonstrações financeiras, cumprimento de obrigações legais e implementação de soluções de reporting eficientes e alinhadas com requisitos locais e internacionais.

Responsabilidades

Prestar serviços integrados de contabilidade, compliance fiscal e reporting para diferentes clientes

Apoiar na preparação de demonstrações financeiras individuais e consolidadas

Desenvolver análises contabilísticas e validação de dados financeiros

Definir e implementar processos e soluções de reporting de acordo com requisitos locais e de grupo

Contribuir para a criação e manutenção de políticas e procedimentos contabilísticos

Monitorizar, analisar e interpretar dados contabilísticos e fiscais

Apoiar a implementação de requisitos regulatórios e normativos

Identificar riscos e oportunidades de melhoria nos processos

Gerir equipas e contribuir para o desenvolvimento dos elementos mais juniores

Estabelecer relações de confiança com clientes e stakeholders

Assegurar elevados padrões de qualidade e rigor técnico

Requisitos

Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Gestão, Economia, Finanças ou área equivalente

Experiência entre 3 e 5 anos em funções de contabilidade, compliance fiscal e reporting

Experiência em ambiente de consultoria, preferencialmente em projetos internacionais

Conhecimento sólido de SNC e NCRF

Conhecimento de normativos internacionais (IAS, IFRS e/ou US GAAP)

Experiência com sistemas ERP (SAP, Navision, Primavera ou similares)

Capacidade de trabalhar em ambientes multiculturais

Fluência em português e inglês

Valorizamos
