Enquadramento da Função

Procuramos um Senior Business Analyst para assegurar a articulação entre as áreas de negócio e de tecnologia em contexto bancário, com foco em operações financeiras, análise de desempenho e risco de crédito.

A função exige capacidade para analisar necessidades de negócio e enquadramentos regulamentares, traduzindo-os em requisitos claros e aplicáveis às soluções tecnológicas, nomeadamente no âmbito de CRR3 e Basileia IV.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Analisar necessidades de negócio e traduzi-las em requisitos funcionais, em articulação com as equipas de IT;
  • Assegurar o alinhamento entre objetivos de negócio, processos operacionais e soluções tecnológicas;
  • Analisar processos e operações bancárias e financeiras, identificando necessidades de evolução;
  • Interpretar requisitos regulamentares de CRR3 e Basileia IV relacionados com risco de crédito e avaliar as suas implicações funcionais;
  • Desenvolver análises financeiras e de desempenho para apoiar a tomada de decisão;
  • Apoiar a gestão de projetos, acompanhando requisitos, prioridades e dependências entre equipas;
  • Aplicar pensamento crítico na avaliação de problemas e na definição de soluções adequadas ao contexto de negócio.

Requisitos

  • Entre 5 e 7 anos de experiência em Tecnologias de Informação;
  • Mais de 5 anos de experiência em operações bancárias e financeiras;
  • Mais de 5 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos e consultoria;
  • Conhecimento aprofundado da relação entre negócio e IT;
  • Competências avançadas em análise financeira e de desempenho;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de CRR3 e Basileia IV, com enfoque em risco de crédito;
  • Forte capacidade de pensamento crítico, análise e aplicação prática de conhecimentos.

Valorizamos

  • Licenciatura em Tecnologias de Informação, Informática ou Ciências da Computação;
  • Mestrado em Economia, Finanças ou Contabilidade.

Perfil Procurado

Procuramos um profissional sénior capaz de compreender as necessidades do negócio bancário e estabelecer uma ligação eficaz com as equipas tecnológicas. Deverá combinar conhecimento de operações financeiras e risco de crédito com rigor analítico e capacidade para transformar requisitos complexos em soluções funcionais claras.

A capacidade de avaliar implicações, questionar pressupostos e apoiar decisões fundamentadas será determinante para o desempenho da função.
