Enquadramento da Função

Procuramos um Consultant de Financial Due Diligence para integrar uma equipa de assessoria a transações, trabalhando com grandes organizações, empresas em crescimento e fundos de private equity.

A função envolve a análise de informação financeira, comercial e operacional para apoiar decisões de investimento, identificar fatores de criação de valor e avaliar riscos associados às transações, com oportunidades de deslocação internacional, sobretudo na Europa.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Realizar análises pré-investimento de potenciais empresas-alvo;
  • Analisar informação contabilística histórica, relatórios de gestão, previsões financeiras, planos de negócio, demonstrações financeiras e relatórios anuais;
  • Identificar os principais fatores de criação de valor e avaliar os pressupostos relativos ao desempenho futuro;
  • Identificar riscos financeiros e oportunidades de valorização relevantes para a transação;
  • Consolidar os resultados das análises em conclusões claras e recomendações acionáveis;
  • Colaborar com a gestão das empresas-alvo na recolha e preparação de documentação e na discussão da informação financeira;
  • Apresentar conclusões aos clientes e apoiar a definição de decisões estratégicas;
  • Coordenar equipas e projetos, desde o planeamento até à conclusão;
  • Colaborar com outras equipas especializadas para assegurar uma abordagem integrada antes, durante e após a transação.

Requisitos

  • Formação superior em Finanças ou Contabilidade;
  • Dois anos de experiência profissional em reporte financeiro, IFRS, normas contabilísticas checas (CAS) e análise financeira;
  • Experiência prévia em financial due diligence ou auditoria;
  • Fluência em inglês;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e numérica, com atenção ao detalhe;
  • Capacidade para liderar equipas e acompanhar projetos do início ao fim;
  • Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office;
  • Capacidade de trabalho em equipa e de desenvolvimento de relações profissionais.

  • Familiaridade com Alteryx e Power BI.

A comunicação clara, a colaboração com equipas e a capacidade de relacionamento com clientes e gestores das empresas-alvo serão essenciais para assegurar a qualidade dos projetos e das recomendações apresentadas.
