A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Consultant / Senior Consultant para integrar uma equipa de Financial Advisory especializada em projetos e ativos de Infraestruturas e Energia.

Procuramos um profissional com cerca de 2 a 3 anos de experiência, idealmente em M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Project Finance ou áreas semelhantes, com forte capacidade analítica e interesse em desenvolver carreira na assessoria financeira e estratégica aplicada a projetos de investimento de elevada dimensão.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Participar em projetos de assessoria financeira, comercial e estratégica nos setores de Infraestruturas e Energia;
  • Apoiar operações de Debt & Capital Advisory, incluindo análise e estruturação de dívida e capital;
  • Participar em processos de fundraising, refinanciamento e financiamento de projetos;
  • Apoiar operações de M&A buy-side e sell-side;
  • Desenvolver análises financeiras e de mercado associadas a processos de investimento e transação;
  • Construir e atualizar modelos financeiros de projetos e ativos;
  • Realizar análises de viabilidade, cenários, sensibilidades e retorno do investimento;
  • Apoiar processos de financial due diligence e model review;
  • Participar na estruturação financeira e comercial de projetos;
  • Apoiar projetos de PPP, concessões e concursos;
  • Preparar apresentações, propostas, memorandos e documentação de suporte às operações;
  • Recolher e analisar informação financeira, operacional e de mercado;
  • Trabalhar em articulação com clientes, investidores, financiadores e outros advisors ao longo dos projetos.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Economia, Finanças, Engenharia ou área semelhante;
  • Cerca de 2 a 3 anos de experiência profissional em M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Project Finance ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Serão considerados candidatos provenientes de M&A de diferentes setores, não sendo obrigatória experiência prévia em Infraestruturas;
  • Experiência ou contacto com o setor energético será valorizado;
  • Bons conhecimentos de análise financeira e modelação financeira;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar com diferentes projetos e prioridades;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;
  • Perfil proativo, rigoroso e com vontade de desenvolver conhecimento especializado no setor;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Inglês.
