Estamos a contratar: Senior Environment Manager

Localização: Lisboa, Portugal Regime: Híbrido — 1 a 2 dias por semana presencial

Estamos à procura de um Senior Environment Manager com experiência sólida na gestão de ambientes tecnológicos, práticas de SRE e processos de CI/CD.

Se tens um perfil técnico, forte capacidade de coordenação e experiência em garantir estabilidade, disponibilidade e eficiência dos ambientes, esta oportunidade pode ser para ti.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Irás assegurar a gestão e evolução dos diferentes ambientes tecnológicos, garantindo a sua disponibilidade, consistência e preparação para suportar ciclos de desenvolvimento, testes e produção.

Terás também um papel relevante na articulação entre equipas técnicas, operações e desenvolvimento, promovendo boas práticas de automação, fiabilidade e melhoria contínua.

Responsabilidades

  • Gerir e acompanhar ambientes tecnológicos ao longo do ciclo de desenvolvimento;
  • Garantir estabilidade, disponibilidade e consistência dos ambientes;
  • Coordenar atividades de preparação, manutenção e evolução;
  • Apoiar processos de release e deployment;
  • Promover práticas de SRE e automação;
  • Acompanhar e otimizar pipelines de CI/CD;
  • Identificar riscos, dependências e oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Colaborar com equipas de desenvolvimento, infraestrutura e operações.

O que Procuramos

  • Mínimo de 6 anos de experiência em funções semelhantes;
  • Licenciatura na área de Tecnologias de Informação ou equivalente;
  • Experiência prática em Site Reliability Engineering (SRE);
  • Experiência sólida com CI/CD;
  • Capacidade de gestão e coordenação de ambientes complexos;
  • Boa capacidade de análise, organização e resolução de problemas;
  • Inglês fluente.

Será valorizado:

  • Certificações técnicas relevantes;
  • Experiência em ambientes enterprise;
  • Conhecimentos de automação e observabilidade;
  • Experiência em contextos Agile ou DevOps.
