A Elevus está a recrutar um(a) Senior H&S Technician para liderar e implementar a estratégia de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho em ambiente operacional, assegurando conformidade legal e alinhamento com standards internacionais (ISO 45001).

Procuramos um perfil experiente, com forte capacidade de implementação, acompanhamento no terreno e influência junto das equipas.

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Definir e implementar a estratégia de H&S em articulação com as unidades operacionais;
  • Garantir conformidade com legislação, normas internas e ISO 45001;
  • Realizar avaliações de risco, análises de acidentes e planos de prevenção;
  • Desenvolver e dinamizar ações de formação e sensibilização;
  • Preparar planos de segurança, contingência e gestão de EPI's;
  • Monitorizar KPI's de H&S e implementar ações de melhoria;
  • Participar em auditorias e acompanhar planos de ação;
  • Assegurar reporting e relacionamento com entidades externas (ACT, proteção civil, etc.);
  • Supervisionar requisitos de segurança em subcontratação.

Perfil Pretendido

  • Experiência sólida em funções de Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho;
  • Certificação relevante em SST Nível VI (Eliminatório);
  • Conhecimento de ISO 45001 e enquadramento legal;
  • Experiência em ambiente operacional/logístico (valorizado);
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações em Portugal;
  • Capacidade de liderança, organização e influência;
  • Perfil proativo, orientado para melhoria contínua e prevenção.
