Estamos à procura de um Senior SailPoint Engineer para integrar projetos de Identity & Access Management (IAM), com forte componente de desenvolvimento, integração e arquitetura em SailPoint IdentityIQ.

Esta função terá um papel central no desenho, implementação e evolução de soluções IAM em ambientes complexos, garantindo segurança, compliance, escalabilidade e alinhamento com as melhores práticas de gestão de identidades.

Sobre a Oportunidade

Como Senior SailPoint Engineer, serás responsável por desenhar, desenvolver e implementar soluções de Identity & Access Management, acompanhando todo o ciclo de vida dos projetos — desde a análise de requisitos até ao deployment e melhoria contínua.

Irás colaborar com equipas de segurança, infraestrutura e desenvolvimento, garantindo que as soluções implementadas respondem às necessidades do negócio e cumprem standards de segurança, governance e compliance.

Terás também um papel ativo na automação de processos IAM, desenvolvimento de integrações e otimização de frameworks existentes.

Responsabilidades

  • Desenhar, desenvolver e implementar soluções IAM com SailPoint IdentityIQ;
  • Participar em projetos end-to-end, desde requisitos, design e configuração até desenvolvimento e deployment;
  • Desenvolver connectors, workflows, rules e policies;
  • Integrar SailPoint com sistemas como Active Directory, LDAP, bases de dados, cloud e APIs;
  • Colaborar com equipas de segurança, infraestrutura e desenvolvimento;
  • Garantir alinhamento com boas práticas de IAM, compliance e standards de segurança;
  • Participar em code reviews e contribuir para melhoria contínua de frameworks;
  • Automatizar processos IAM para aumentar escalabilidade e eficiência;
  • Apoiar decisões técnicas relacionadas com arquitetura e integração IAM;
  • Produzir documentação técnica clara e alinhada com os standards do projeto.

O que Procuramos

  • Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em IAM, com foco em SailPoint IdentityIQ;
  • Experiência comprovada na implementação e customização de soluções SailPoint;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos de Java ou linguagem similar;
  • Experiência em integrações via REST/SOAP APIs;
  • Conhecimento de Identity Governance, Lifecycle Management e RBAC;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de CI/CD, como GitLab ou Jenkins;
  • Familiaridade com ambientes containerizados, como Docker e Kubernetes;
  • Conhecimento de frameworks de segurança, como OWASP, NIST ou ISO 27001;
  • Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa e comunicar com stakeholders técnicos e de negócio;
  • Autonomia, rigor técnico e orientação para qualidade.

Será valorizado:

  • Experiência em ambientes enterprise complexos;
  • Experiência com cloud e integrações híbridas;
  • Conhecimentos avançados de governance, compliance e auditoria IAM;
  • Experiência em automação de processos de segurança;
  • Certificações relevantes em IAM, SailPoint ou cibersegurança;
  • Experiência na liderança técnica de implementações SailPoint.
