Estamos a recrutar um(a) SAP SuccessFactors Consultant para integrar projetos de transformação digital na área de Capital Humano, apoiando organizações na implementação e evolução de soluções SAP SuccessFactors orientadas para a melhoria da experiência do colaborador e da gestão de talento.

A função destina-se a consultores com experiência em projetos SAP SuccessFactors, assumindo um papel ativo na implementação, configuração e otimização de soluções de Recursos Humanos.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional irá participar em projetos de implementação SAP SuccessFactors, colaborando na análise de requisitos, desenho de soluções, configuração da plataforma e acompanhamento das diferentes fases do projeto, garantindo uma abordagem estratégica à transformação dos processos de RH.

Responsabilidades

Implementar, configurar e desenvolver soluções SAP SuccessFactors

Identificar e analisar requisitos funcionais dos clientes

Participar em workshops de levantamento de requisitos e desenho de processos de RH

Definir integrações entre SAP SuccessFactors e outros sistemas empresariais

Apoiar ciclos de testes, validação funcional e rollout das soluções

Diagnosticar problemas funcionais e propor soluções alinhadas com as melhores práticas SAP

Participar em atividades de pré-venda e desenvolvimento de negócio

Garantir elevada qualidade na entrega dos projetos e cumprimento dos planos definidos

Acompanhar tendências e evolução das soluções SAP SuccessFactors

Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com equipas multidisciplinares e stakeholders de negócio

Requisitos

Formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos, Tecnologias de Informação, Gestão ou área equivalente

Entre 3 e 6 anos de experiência em consultoria SAP SuccessFactors

Experiência obrigatória no módulo Performance Management & Goals (PMGM)

Experiência em projetos de implementação SAP SuccessFactors

Forte interesse pela transformação digital na área de Recursos Humanos

Fluência em português e inglês

Valorizamos

Experiência em SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Certificações SAP SuccessFactors, nomeadamente em Performance Management & Goals ou Employee Central Payroll

Experiência em ambientes de consultoria e projetos internacionais

Perfil Procurado
