Enquadramento da Função

Procuramos um profissional Senior especializado em Software Asset Management (SAM) e Software Licensing, com mais de 5 anos de experiência, para assumir responsabilidades na gestão, controlo e otimização do ciclo de vida de licenças e ativos de software.

A função combina uma forte componente analítica e financeira com conhecimento aprofundado de modelos de licenciamento, compliance e gestão de fornecedores, tendo como objetivo garantir uma utilização eficiente dos ativos de software e identificar oportunidades de otimização de custos.

Principais Responsabilidades

Gerir o ciclo de vida das licenças e dos ativos de software;

Acompanhar licenças adquiridas, atribuídas, instaladas e efetivamente utilizadas, identificando divergências, riscos e oportunidades de otimização;

Recolher e consolidar evidências necessárias à realização de análises de compliance e determinação da Effective License Position (ELP);

Identificar licenças ociosas, subutilizadas ou desajustadas ao perfil de utilização dos utilizadores;

Propor e acompanhar ações de reharvesting, downgrade, reutilização e otimização de licenças, com foco na eficiência financeira;

Monitorizar alterações nos modelos, métricas e regras de licenciamento dos principais fabricantes de software;

Apoiar processos de renovação e contratação de licenciamento;

Participar em processos de true-up e true-down, bem como na preparação de informação para negociação com fornecedores;

Apoiar auditorias e processos de compliance conduzidos por fabricantes de software;

Identificar potenciais riscos de licenciamento e respetivo impacto financeiro;

Transformar análises técnicas e dados de licenciamento em informação clara e recomendações para stakeholders técnicos, financeiros e de negócio.

Requisitos

Mais de 5 anos de experiência em Software Asset Management (SAM);

Experiência sólida em Software Licensing e gestão do ciclo de vida de ativos de software;

Experiência em análises de compliance e Effective License Position (ELP);

Conhecimento de processos de reharvesting, true-up/true-down e otimização de licenciamento;

Capacidade para interpretar contratos, métricas e regras complexas de licenciamento;

Experiência no tratamento e análise de grandes volumes de dados;

Forte capacidade analítica e investigativa;

Boa visão financeira e orientação para controlo e otimização de custos;

Capacidade de identificar inconsistências, riscos e oportunidades;

Excelente organização, rigor e atenção ao detalhe;

Boa capacidade de comunicação e interação com equipas técnicas, financeiras e de negócio;

Capacidade para converter análises técnicas em recomendações de natureza executiva;

Inglês fluente;

Perfil autónomo e proativo.

Perfil Procurado

Procuramos alguém que vá além da administração de licenças. O perfil deverá compreender simultaneamente a dimensão técnica, contratual e financeira do Software Asset Management, conseguindo determinar a posição efetiva de licenciamento, antecipar riscos de compliance e identificar oportunidades concretas de redução e otimização de custos.

Será particularmente importante a capacidade de trabalhar com informação complexa, questionar inconsistências e produzir recomendações que suportem decisões de gestão.
