A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Systems Administrator – IT Governance & Controls, para integração numa equipa de IT Infrastructure.

A função combina uma componente de suporte e conhecimento técnico de infraestrutura com responsabilidades de governance, controlos de IT, auditoria, gestão de acessos e melhoria de processos. O regime de trabalho é 100% remoto.

Função

Será responsável pela implementação, acompanhamento e melhoria dos controlos operacionais de IT, assegurando também o suporte a processos de auditoria, certificação de acessos e remediação de riscos.

A posição terá contacto transversal com diferentes áreas de IT, equipas de Information Security, auditores e outros stakeholders internos e externos.

Responsabilidades

  • Implementar e gerir controlos de governance associados à infraestrutura de IT;
  • Acompanhar diariamente a execução e monitorização dos controlos;
  • Gerir riscos e controlos a um nível técnico;
  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua nos processos e operações de IT;
  • Implementar políticas e procedimentos internos de IT;
  • Contribuir para a definição, desenvolvimento e atualização de políticas;
  • Produzir documentação técnica de alto e baixo nível alinhada com frameworks de controlo;
  • Trabalhar com equipas técnicas na implementação de políticas nos diferentes sistemas;
  • Coordenar a preparação e resposta a auditorias de IT;
  • Acompanhar planos de remediação em articulação com equipas de IT e Information Security;
  • Rever contratos de negócio e fornecedores de IT na perspetiva de conformidade e controlo;
  • Gerir processos mensais e trimestrais de revisão e certificação de acessos;
  • Recolher, tratar e analisar dados necessários aos processos de controlo;
  • Apoiar processos de Joiner, Mover & Leaver (JML) relacionados com recertificação e auditoria;
  • Criar e manter documentação de infraestrutura, implementação e gestão de alterações;
  • Apoiar a restante equipa de infraestrutura sempre que necessário.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Experiência em suporte de infraestrutura de 2.º ou 3.º nível;
  • Experiência em IT Governance;
  • Experiência com processos de auditoria e controlos de IT;
  • Conhecimento de frameworks como SOX, NIST, ISO ou CIS;
  • Experiência prática com diferentes tecnologias de infraestrutura;
  • Bons conhecimentos de Microsoft Excel;
  • Experiência com tratamento e manipulação de dados;
  • Conhecimentos de SQL Query e/ou T-SQL;
  • Capacidade de organização e gestão autónoma do trabalho;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação com equipas técnicas e não técnicas.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Formação superior na área de Tecnologias de Informação;
  • Experiência em processos de access review e recertificação;
  • Experiência em processos JML;
  • Experiência de interação com auditores externos;
  • Experiência em ambientes regulados;
  • Contacto com equipas de Information Security.
