Enquadramento da Função

Procuramos 3 Técnicos de Administração de Sistemas com experiência consolidada na administração, operação e suporte de infraestruturas IT.

Os profissionais irão integrar um projeto de longa duração, em regime presencial em Lisboa, assegurando a administração de ambientes Windows e Linux, virtualização, backups, colaboração Microsoft, storage, redes, segurança e monitorização de sistemas.

Principais Responsabilidades

Administrar e assegurar a operação de sistemas Windows e Linux;

Gerir ambientes Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP e IIS;

Administrar infraestruturas virtualizadas VMware, incluindo vCenter, ESXi e vSAN;

Assegurar operações de backup e recuperação através de Veeam Backup;

Administrar ambientes Microsoft Exchange e Microsoft Teams;

Gerir e prestar suporte a postos de trabalho Windows 10 e Windows 11;

Administrar soluções de storage, NAS e infraestrutura de servidores;

Monitorizar sistemas e infraestruturas, identificando e resolvendo incidentes e problemas;

Executar atividades de troubleshooting em diferentes componentes da infraestrutura;

Apoiar a implementação e manutenção de práticas de segurança informática;

Trabalhar com redes e protocolos IP;

Desenvolver e utilizar scripts de automação através de PowerShell e/ou Batch;

Executar as atividades de acordo com processos e boas práticas de gestão de serviços IT.

Requisitos

Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência profissional em Administração de Sistemas;

Experiência em administração de sistemas Windows e Linux;

Conhecimentos sólidos de Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP e IIS;

Experiência com VMware, nomeadamente vCenter, ESXi e vSAN;

Experiência com Veeam Backup;

Conhecimentos de Microsoft Exchange e Microsoft Teams;

Experiência na administração de endpoints Windows 10/11;

Conhecimentos de storage, NAS e infraestrutura de servidores;

Experiência em monitorização e troubleshooting de sistemas;

Conhecimentos de segurança informática;

Conhecimentos de redes IP;

Experiência com PowerShell e/ou Batch scripting;

Conhecimentos de ITIL;

Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente em Lisboa.

Perfil Procurado

Procuramos profissionais tecnicamente sólidos, autónomos e orientados para a resolução de problemas, capazes de assegurar a estabilidade e continuidade de ambientes de infraestrutura IT.

É particularmente importante a capacidade de diagnosticar incidentes de forma estruturada, trabalhar transversalmente entre sistemas, virtualização, redes e segurança e garantir uma operação fiável em ambientes tecnológicos exigentes.
