The posting

A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar um/a Técnico/a de Angariação de Terrenos Florestais para uma organização em crescimento, dedicada ao investimento e à gestão sustentável de ativos florestais.

O profissional irá integrar a equipa de Desenvolvimento Fundiário, assumindo uma função com uma forte componente técnica, de trabalho no terreno e de relacionamento com proprietários rurais e entidades locais.

A área de atuação abrangerá predominantemente as regiões de Vila Real, Viseu e Guarda.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Identificar e prospetar oportunidades de arrendamento ou aquisição de propriedades florestais;
  • Estabelecer relações de proximidade e confiança com proprietários rurais, comunidades e entidades locais;
  • Conduzir processos de negociação de forma transparente e orientada para resultados;
  • Recolher, organizar e analisar informação fundiária e cadastral;
  • Elaborar relatórios de avaliação de oportunidades de investimento;
  • Apoiar a elaboração de cartografia associada aos processos de angariação;
  • Participar na elaboração de planos de ordenamento e gestão florestal;
  • Preparar avaliações técnicas, económicas e financeiras de investimentos florestais;
  • Acompanhar os processos de contratação e respetivo registo documental;
  • Representar a organização no terreno junto dos diferentes interlocutores.

Perfil pretendido

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Engenharia Florestal, Ciências Florestais ou área semelhante;
  • Experiência profissional entre 0 e 5 anos;
  • Conhecimentos de gestão e ordenamento florestal;
  • Conhecimentos de avaliação económica e financeira de investimentos florestais;
  • Conhecimentos de Sistemas de Informação Geográfica, preferencialmente QGIS;
  • Conhecimento da legislação aplicável ao setor florestal, valorizado;
  • Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office;
  • Conhecimentos de inglês;
  • Carta de condução e disponibilidade para deslocações frequentes;
  • Capacidade de comunicação, negociação e criação de relações de confiança;
  • Autonomia, organização, resiliência e orientação para resultados.
