The posting

A Elevus encontra-se a recrutar para uma posição de Técnico de Payroll, para integração numa estrutura especializada na prestação de serviços de Recursos Humanos e processamento salarial a diferentes clientes.

A função terá uma forte componente técnica, com responsabilidade pelo processamento salarial, cumprimento das obrigações legais associadas e acompanhamento de uma carteira de clientes.

Função

Será responsável pelo processamento salarial de aproximadamente 250 a 500 colaboradores, distribuídos por cerca de 4 a 5 clientes, assegurando o rigor dos processos, o cumprimento dos prazos e a correta aplicação da legislação laboral e fiscal.

Responsabilidades

  • Assegurar o processamento salarial mensal;
  • Gerir admissões, alterações contratuais e cessações;
  • Tratar processos junto da Segurança Social;
  • Preparar e submeter DRI, DMR e restantes obrigações associadas ao payroll;
  • Aplicar corretamente o Código do Trabalho nos processos sob responsabilidade;
  • Analisar e responder a questões laborais relacionadas com processamento salarial;
  • Acompanhar temas fiscais associados ao payroll;
  • Garantir a correta atualização da informação dos colaboradores;
  • Cumprir prazos legais e operacionais;
  • Apoiar diretamente os clientes na resolução de questões relacionadas com payroll e administração de pessoal;
  • Assegurar a organização e controlo dos processos associados à carteira de clientes.

Perfil

MUST HAVE

  • Experiência consolidada em processamento salarial;
  • Bons conhecimentos de legislação laboral e Código do Trabalho;
  • Conhecimentos das obrigações legais associadas ao payroll;
  • Conhecimentos fiscais relacionados com processamento salarial;
  • Experiência em admissões e cessações;
  • Experiência com Segurança Social, DRI e DMR;
  • Capacidade para gerir vários processos e clientes em simultâneo;
  • Rigor, organização e atenção ao detalhe;
  • Autonomia na gestão das tarefas e cumprimento de prazos.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experiência anterior em contexto de outsourcing, gabinete ou prestação de serviços de payroll;
  • Conhecimentos de contabilidade;
  • Experiência com ERP Primavera;
  • Experiência na gestão de carteiras com elevado volume de colaboradores.

Perfil procurado

Procuramos experiência prática suficiente para assumir o processamento salarial com autonomia e segurança técnica.

Será particularmente valorizada a capacidade para interpretar legislação laboral e fiscal e aplicá-la corretamente a diferentes situações, bem como o conforto no acompanhamento direto de vários clientes.
