Estamos a recrutar um(a) Talent Attraction & Acquisition Associate para integrar uma equipa de Recruitment e Employer Branding num contexto organizacional de elevada exigência e dinamismo.

A função assume um papel central na atração de talento experiente, garantindo uma experiência de candidato diferenciadora e alinhada com uma estratégia de marca empregadora consistente e inovadora.

Enquadramento da Função

O(a) profissional será responsável por gerir processos de recrutamento para perfis experientes, alinhados com áreas de serviço específicas, atuando como ponto de contacto privilegiado entre stakeholders internos e candidatos externos.

Responsabilidades

Desenvolver estratégias de recrutamento orientadas à atração de perfis experientes

Definir e executar estratégias de sourcing para identificar, atrair e construir pipelines de talento

Avaliar o mercado e formular recomendações estratégicas sobre talento disponível

Gerir o pipeline de candidatos, convertendo potenciais contactos em candidatos ativos

Garantir uma experiência de candidato de elevada qualidade em todas as fases do processo

Estabelecer relações sólidas com stakeholders internos para atingir objetivos de contratação

Implementar estratégias inclusivas e técnicas criativas de sourcing

Assegurar conhecimento operacional dos processos de recrutamento, promovendo qualidade e consistência

Integrar a estratégia de employer branding em todas as atividades de recrutamento

Atuar como agente de mudança na adoção de novas tecnologias e ferramentas de recrutamento

Acompanhar tendências de mercado e insights sobre talento e mercado laboral

Perfil Procurado

Experiência comprovada na atração e engagement de talento experiente, utilizando múltiplas fontes e canais

Forte capacidade de pensamento crítico e colaboração em equipa

Mindset orientado ao negócio

Elevada capacidade de resolução de problemas

Capacidade de gerir múltiplos processos de recrutamento em simultâneo

Comunicação clara, estruturada e orientada a resultados

Elevado sentido de responsabilidade e ética de trabalho

Perfil autónomo, proativo e orientado à inovação

Requisitos Obrigatórios

Licenciatura em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou área similar

Experiência profissional entre 2 e 4 anos em funções de recrutamento

Experiência em contexto de consultoria será valorizada

Capacidade de desenvolver soluções criativas e multidisciplinares

Experiência em técnicas criativas de sourcing para perfis experientes

Domínio de MS Office e experiência com ferramentas de Applicant Tracking Systems

Inglês fluente
