Como Gerente de Engenharia, você vai:

  • Liderar múltiplos times de engenharia, garantindo alinhamento com objetivos estratégicos da empresa e entregas de alto impacto;
  • Definir e evoluir a arquitetura técnica das soluções, promovendo boas práticas de engenharia, escalabilidade e sustentabilidade dos sistemas;
  • Atuar como ponte entre engenharia, produto e negócios, influenciando decisões e priorizações com base em valor e viabilidade técnica;
  • Fomentar cultura de excelência, autonomia e colaboração, promovendo o crescimento técnico e comportamental dos engenheiros sob sua liderança;
  • Gerenciar riscos técnicos e operacionais, antecipando problemas e propondo soluções sistêmicas que reduzam retrabalho e aumentem a eficiência;
  • Conduzir processos de recrutamento, onboarding e desenvolvimento de talentos, garantindo a formação de times diversos, engajados e de alta performance;
  • Representar a engenharia em fóruns estratégicos, contribuindo com visão técnica para decisões de roadmap, investimentos e parcerias.

Para esse desafio precisamos que você tenha:

  • Experiência em desenvolvimento e arquitetura de software;
  • Experiência com gestão de times de Engenharia de Software;
  • Entendimento sobre Topologia de Times e Times de Alta Performance;
  • Visão de negócio e inconformismo para a melhoria contínua das soluções ofertadas aos clientes finais;
  • Visão sistêmica e boas habilidades de comunicação;
  • Mentalidade ágil.

Além disso será diferencial se você:

  • Tem experiência prévia no segmento de meios de pagamento e/ou bancário;
  • Atuou no desenvolvimento de soluções de antifraude, onboarding digital ou validação cadastral;
  • Possui experiência em softwares de missão crítica e enorme volume transacional;
  • Tem conhecimento em Platform Engineering e plataforma de cloud e orquestração;
  • Está atualizado com o uso de práticas de IA no ciclo de desenvolvimento de software.
