RX Japanが主催する展示会・イベントの会場運営を担当いただきます。

出展社・来場者が安心して参加できる運営体制を構築するとともに、会場レイアウトや装飾、演出を通じてイベントの価値を高める仕事です。

会場運営の責任者として、企画・準備から開催当日の現場統括まで一貫して担当します。

主な業務内容

  • イベントの運営計画立案・進行管理
  • 会場レイアウト、装飾、演出の企画
  • 装飾、施工、映像・音響、警備会社などのディレクション
  • ステージ・セミナーなど各種コンテンツの運営
  • イベント運営手法の改善・最適化
  • デジタルツールを活用した業務効率化・来場者体験向上

■所属・組織

運営本部に所属し、営業・マーケティング部門や協力会社と連携しながらイベントを創り上げます。

展示会業界の経験は問いません。

ライブ、スポーツ、フェス、コンサートなど異なる業界で培った知見を取り入れながら、新たなイベント運営や体験価値の創出に挑戦しています。

■応募条件

  • 大卒以上
  • PC操作スキル(Excel、Word、PowerPoint、PDFの基本レベル)
  • ライブ、コンサート、スポーツ、展示会など「本番のあるイベント現場」での業務経験3年以上
