Buscamos Ejecutivos de Cuentas - Hunters para sumar a el equipo de emBlue!

Su objetivo será generar nuevas ventas mes a mes, alcanzando las de puntos de rendimiento, ofreciendo a los nuevos clientes nuestro planes, destacando nuestro propósito: "Con nuestra plataforma y servicios profesionales ayudamos a las empresas a crear conversaciones digitales más relevantes y más personales con sus clientes"

¿Cuáles van a ser tus responsabilidades?

Gestión Comercial y Ventas:

  • Vender la propuesta de valor de emBlue, destacando las soluciones SaaS que ofrece.
  • Manejar el proceso de ventas de punta a punta, aplicando la metodología comercial establecida (SPICED).
  • Confeccionar propuestas comerciales personalizadas y RFPs para licitaciones.
  • Realizar presentaciones y capacitaciones iniciales sobre la herramienta.

Prospección y Relación con Clientes:

  • Identificar y prospectar nuevos clientes para nutrir el embudo de ventas, combinando estrategias inbound y outbound.
  • Diseñar un briefing adecuado para comprender el objetivo primario de cada cliente y utilizarlo como base en entrevistas y propuestas.
  • Brindar asesoramiento y asistencia técnica a los clientes potenciales según sea necesario.
  • Posicionar entre los clientes cada nuevo feature o actualización de la plataforma que se lance.

Registro y Análisis de Datos:

  • Registrar todas las actividades y procesos en el CRM, asegurando la correcta trazabilidad y seguimiento de las oportunidades.
  • Generar reportes y análisis de las actividades comerciales realizadas

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Experiencia previa en ventas B2B, preferentemente en empresas SaaS o tecnología.
  • Conocimiento en metodologías de venta consultiva (ej.: SPICED,).
  • Habilidades sólidas de comunicación, negociación y presentación.
  • Orientación a resultados, con enfoque en la experiencia del cliente.
  • Dominio de herramientas CRM y capacidad para registrar y gestionar información comercial.
  • Hunting de grandes cuentas con nivel de interlocución C-level en entornos corporativos (IT, RRHH, Compras, etc.)
  • Ingles (avanzado)
