DEINE ROLLE

Im Schadenfall entscheidet sich, ob ein Versicherer sein Leistungsversprechen hält. Als Senior Product Manager Claims (w/m/d/x) übernimmst du End-to-End-Verantwortung für einen strategischen Kernbereich der EMIL Insurance Suite und gestaltest, wie Versicherer Schäden digital, automatisiert und kundenfreundlich abwickeln, von der Meldung bis zur Auszahlung. Wenn du ein Produkt strategisch und operativ aufs nächste Level heben willst, ist das deine Rolle.

WAS DICH ERWARTET

  • Entwickle eine klare Vision und priorisierte Roadmap für den Claims-Bereich und treibe als Motor den Produkterfolg voran, von der Schadenmeldung (FNOL) bis zur Auszahlung.
  • Gestalte die Automatisierung des Schadenprozesses: regelbasierte und KI-gestützte Schadenprüfung, Dunkelverarbeitung und effiziente Workflows bis zur Regulierung und Auszahlung.
  • Treibe strukturierte Discovery-Prozesse voran und schreibe gestochen scharfe Requirements, damit wir gemeinsam mit Engineering & QA zügig und in hoher Qualität shippen.
  • Baue KI aktiv in deinen Arbeitsalltag ein, um auf einem höheren Level zu agieren, z. B. mit strukturierten Prompts für schnelle Prototypen, automatisierten Pipelines für User-Feedback oder datengestützten Specs.
  • Kommuniziere Prioritäten glasklar an Leadership und Kunden und miss den Erfolg deiner Features datengetrieben, immer mit der Stimme des Users im Ohr.
  • Gestalte eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit im Schadenprozess für alle Beteiligten, von der Statuskommunikation über Task Management bis zu dynamischen Dokumenten-Templates.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • 7+ Jahre Erfahrung im Produktmanagement im B2B SaaS-, InsurTech- oder FinTech-Umfeld; Erfahrung mit Schadenprozessen oder Kernsystemen von Versicherern ist ein starkes Plus.
  • Starker operativer Drive und klare Outcome-Orientierung: Du übernimmst von Tag eins an echte Ownership und treibst Initiativen bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung voran.
  • AI Fluency: Du kannst nachvollziehbar aufzeigen, wie KI deine Arbeit in den letzten Monaten messbar schneller oder besser gemacht hat (z. B. wiederverwendbare Prompts, AI-gestützte Datenanalyse, automatisierte Workflows).
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in agilen Frameworks und Requirements Engineering sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PM-Tools (Jira, Figma, Analytics).
  • Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten sowie verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch (C1), um zwischen Tech und Business souverän zu vermitteln.
