Aufgrund unseres starken Wachstums sind wir bei EMIL Group auf der Suche nach einem ambitionierten Technischen Presales Consultant (w/m/d/x). In der Rolle verstehst du Menschen, Kunden und Technologie. Dank deiner hohen fachlichen Versicherungsexpertise und deines Verständnisses für Versicherungs-IT gewinnst du mit uns neue Kunden und entwickelst Lösungsansätze für Versicherer.

Deine Aufgaben

Als technischer Presales Consultant bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres Vertriebsteams. Du begleitest aktiv den gesamten Salesprozess von der Bedarfsanalyse über die Angebotsphase bis hin zu finalen Demos und Workshops – und übersetzt komplexe Anforderungen zwischen Business und Technologie.

  1. Anforderungsanalyse & LösungsdesignAnalyse von Kundenbedarfen in Fachbereich & IT Entwicklung kundenspezifischer Lösungskonzepte basierend auf der EMIL Insurance Suite Erarbeitung technischer Architekturvorschläge mit APIs, Modulen & Umsystemen
  2. Demo- & Workshop-VerantwortungKonzeption, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Demos (Live-Umgebung & Use-Case-bezogen) Durchführung technischer Workshops (remote und vor Ort) für Fach- und IT-Entscheider
  3. Ausschreibungen & AngebotsunterstützungUnterstützung bei RFI/RFP-Prozessen mit technischen Leistungsbeschreibungen Erstellung von Machbarkeitsanalysen, Architekturskizzen, Umsetzungsempfehlungen
  4. Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Produkt & TechRückspiegelung von Marktanforderungen in die Produktentwicklung Enge Abstimmung mit Projektteams, Customer Success und Partnern
  5. Vertriebsunterlagen & EnablementErstellung technischer Pitch-Decks, fachlichen- und technischen Umsetzungskonzepten, Architekturfolien, Leistungsanhängen, etc. Unterstützung bei Onboardings

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Studium/Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Fachinformatik bei einer Versicherung
  • Sehr hohes technisches Grundverständnis und Erfahrungen im Bereich Softwareentwicklung und IT-Integration sowie Umgang mit entsprechenden Tools
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich technischer Pre‑Sales-, Solution Engineering- oder einer IT-Consulting-Rolle
  • Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für Versicherungsanwendungslandschaften, APIs, Integrationen, Cloud-Infrastrukturen
  • Verständnis für fachliche Versicherungsprozesse (Bestand, Schaden, Partner, Tarifierung)
  • Kommunikationsstark und sicher im Umgang mit IT- und Fachbereichen auf Kundenseite
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
