Se você é um profissional dinâmico, gosta de aprender e tem paixão por grandes resultados, essa oportunidade é para você!Estamos em busca de um talento para assumir a missão de representar uma organização de grande porte, colocando em prática estratégias e contribuindo para gerar impacto positivo no dia a dia.Se você se identifica com esse perfil, venha fazer parte dessa jornada!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesSupervisionar, orientar e distribuir as demandas entre compradores, assistentes e auxiliares, acompanhando a execução das atividades;Acompanhar a produtividade da equipe, os prazos de atendimento e o fluxo das solicitações de compras;Monitorar os processos de cotação, negociação e emissão de pedidos de compra, apoiando a equipe na condução de demandas complexas;Acompanhar a gestão de fornecedores, incluindo entregas, pendências e processos de homologação;Garantir o cumprimento dos procedimentos internos e a padronização dos processos de compras;Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e resultados da área, identificando gargalos e propondo melhorias;Atuar na interface com as áreas solicitantes, fornecedores e demais departamentos, buscando alinhamento e eficiência nos processos;Apoiar o desenvolvimento da equipe e assegurar a continuidade das atividades operacionais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia, Logística ou áreas correlatas;Experiência consolidada na área de Compras ou Suprimentos;Experiência anterior com liderança ou supervisão de equipes;Vivência em negociação com fornecedores, gestão de contratos e condução de processos de aquisição;Experiência com gestão de fornecedores, processos de cotação e acompanhamento de indicadores de desempenho;Conhecimento em gestão de custos, produtividade e análise de resultados;Excel intermediário ou avançado;Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e plataformas de compras.Diferencial:Pós-graduação ou especialização em Gestão de Compras, Supply Chain ou Gestão de Pessoas.Informações adicionaisHorário de trabalho:De segunda à sexta-feira, em horário comercial.Benefícios:Atendimento Psicológico;Cesta Básica;Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Alimentação na Empresa;Seguro de Vida;Total Pass;Vale Transporte.
