Buscamos um profissional com perfil de liderança, organização e visão estratégica, capaz de garantir a eficiência dos processos de compras, estoque e suprimentos, assegurando o abastecimento das operações com foco em qualidade, agilidade e otimização de custos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Supervisionar as áreas de compras, almoxarifado e controle de estoque.
  • Supervisionar a equipe de suprimentos, distribuindo atividades, acompanhando resultados e promovendo o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores.
  • Planejar compras e reposição de materiais conforme demanda e níveis de estoque mínimo.
  • Negociar com fornecedores e acompanhar desempenho, qualidade, prazos e custos.
  • Garantir a conformidade dos processos, o controle de estoque.
  • Monitorar indicadores, orçamento da área e elaborar relatórios gerenciais.
  • Identificar oportunidades de redução de custos e melhoria contínua dos processos.
  • Liderar auditorias de estoque e implementar ações corretivas quando necessário.
  • Assegurar o correto funcionamento dos sistemas de gestão (ERP) relacionados à área.
  • Realizar a integração, treinamento, avaliação de desempenho e feedback dos colaboradores.
  • Acompanhar, junto ao RH e Departamento Pessoal, rotinas de gestão da equipe (assiduidade, escalas, banco de horas, férias e atestados).
  • Atuar de forma integrada com os demais setores, garantindo eficiência operacional e atendimento às demandas da empresa.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino Técnico ou Superior na área afim completo ou em andamento.
  • Experiência comprovada em supervisão de suprimentos, compras ou almoxarifado.
  • Conhecimento em gestão de estoque, inventários e planejamento de compras.
  • Experiência em negociação com fornecedores.
  • Experiência com sistemas de gestão de estoque.
