Missão do Cargo

Planejar, coordenar e supervisionar as atividades de aquisição de materiais e serviços, bem como a infraestrutura e a manutenção predial da empresa. Garantir o suprimento de insumos com foco em custo-benefício, assegurando que as instalações ofereçam um ambiente seguro, funcional e eficiente para a operação.

Responsabilidades Principais

  • Gestão de Compras: Supervisionar a aquisição de materiais (produtivos e improdutivos) e serviços, garantindo prazos, qualidade e orçamento.
  • Negociação e Savings: Conduzir negociações de alto impacto com fornecedores estratégicos para obtenção de economias e melhoria de prazos.
  • Gestão de Facilities: Coordenar a infraestrutura predial (segurança, limpeza, recepção, telefonia, copa, portaria e frotas).
  • Manutenção: Controlar cronogramas de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva (sistemas elétricos, hidráulicos, ar-condicionado e civil).
  • Contratos e SLAs: Gerenciar e auditar contratos de prestadores terceirizados, avaliando a qualidade e os níveis de serviço.
  • Gestão de Equipe: Liderar, treinar e avaliar o desempenho do time direto, promovendo o desenvolvimento e um clima saudável.
  • Indicadores (KPIs): Monitorar custos de ocupação, tempo de chamados, acuracidade de estoque e custos de compras.

Requisitos Necessários

  • Formação: Ensino Superior Completo em Administração, Engenharia (Civil, Produção ou Elétrica), Logística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência: Sólida trajetória na área de suprimentos/compras corporativas e atuação comprovada na gestão de infraestrutura/facilities e liderança de equipes.
  • Sistemas: Domínio de sistemas ERP (SAP, TOTVS, Oracle ou similares).
  • Ferramentas: Excel avançado para análise de dados e controle de custos.
  • Metodologias: Conhecimento em Strategic Sourcing.
  • Legislação: Noções de normas regulamentadoras de segurança (NR-10, NR-35) e contratos.

Diferenciais (Será um plus!)

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gestão de Facilities, Supply Chain ou Gestão de Projetos.

  • Forte habilidade de negociação e persuasão.
  • Visão analítica voltada para resultados e redução de custos.
  • Excelente comunicação interpessoal e inteligência emocional para resolução de conflitos.
  • Organização e resiliência para gerenciar múltiplas prioridades.
