A Silicone Center está em busca de um(a) Assistente Comercial – Telemedicina para integrar nosso time! Procuramos uma pessoa comunicativa, organizada, proativa e com perfil comercial, que goste de atender pessoas, trabalhar com metas e oferecer uma experiência acolhedora e de qualidade aos nossos pacientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Acolher os pacientes, apresentar informações sobre os procedimentos e esclarecer dúvidas, contribuindo para uma tomada de decisão segura e consciente;Realizar atendimento consultivo, identificando as necessidades dos pacientes;Negociar condições comerciais e atuar no fechamento de contratos;Acompanhar a carteira de clientes e realizar contatos de follow-up;Registrar informações e manter o CRM atualizado e organizado;Acompanhar metas e indicadores de desempenho semanais e mensais;Contribuir para a melhoria da experiência dos pacientes e para os resultados comerciais da empresa.

Requisitos e qualificações

Conhecimento em Pacote Office;Experiência prévia em rotinas comerciais, vendas ou atendimento consultivo;Boa comunicação verbal e escrita e postura profissional;Facilidade com ferramentas digitais e atendimentos por vídeo;Organização, proatividade e capacidade de trabalhar com metas e indicadores;Facilidade para negociar, contornar objeções e construir um bom relacionamento com os clientes;Interesse em desenvolvimento profissional e crescimento na área comercial.Informações adicionais🕒 Jornada de trabalho: Segunda a quinta-feira, das 10h às 20h, e sexta-feira, das 10h às 19h.Salário: R$ 2.050,00 + premiações;
