En Coforge estamos buscando Data Governance Analyst II (#20799-7-5) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Participar en la definición, implementación y mejora continua de iniciativas de Gobierno de Datos.
  • Elaborar lineamientos, políticas, estándares y controles relacionados con la gestión de datos.
  • Implementar y dar seguimiento a iniciativas de Calidad de Datos.
  • Definir y monitorear reglas de calidad e indicadores asociados a la información corporativa.
  • Construir y mantener tableros de calidad de datos.
  • Colaborar con áreas de negocio y tecnología para promover una adecuada gestión de los datos.
  • Participar en iniciativas de adopción de marcos y modelos de Gobierno de Datos.
  • Apoyar en la gestión de metadata, trazabilidad y cumplimiento de estándares corporativos.
  • Contribuir al fortalecimiento de prácticas de gobierno, calidad y gestión de datos empresariales.
  • Promover el uso de herramientas de Gobierno y Calidad de Datos en la organización.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Profesional de Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Software o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Gobierno de Datos.
  • Conocimientos intermedios de DAMA-DMBOK.
  • Conocimientos básicos de BIAN.
  • Conocimientos básicos de COBIT.
  • Conocimientos básicos de DMM (Data Management Maturity).
  • Experiencia trabajando con marcos y modelos de Gobierno de Datos.
  • Experiencia elaborando lineamientos, políticas y estándares de Gobierno de Datos.
  • Experiencia en Calidad de Datos.
  • Experiencia implementando reglas de calidad de datos.
  • Experiencia desarrollando y gestionando tableros de calidad de datos.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Databricks.
  • Experiencia trabajando con Oracle.
  • Experiencia utilizando al menos dos herramientas de Gobierno y Calidad de Datos como: Collibra Monte Carlo SAP HANA Informatica
  • Capacidad analítica y orientación a la mejora continua de la calidad de información.
  • Conocimiento y uso de Microsoft Copilot.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero.
  • Conocimiento de Data Management y Data Governance corporativo.
  • Conocimiento de gestión de metadata y linaje de datos.
  • Experiencia participando en programas de transformación de datos.
  • Certificaciones relacionadas con Gobierno de Datos o Gestión de Datos.
