En Coforge estamos buscando Mid Data Engineer (#20799-7-7) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, desarrollar y optimizar pipelines de datos batch y real time.
  • Implementar mejoras continuas en procesos de integración para garantizar la integridad, disponibilidad y calidad de la información.
  • Aplicar procedimientos de validación y pruebas definidos para los flujos de datos.
  • Ejecutar pruebas unitarias, integrales y de estrés sobre soluciones de datos.
  • Optimizar consultas, procesos ETL y procedimientos almacenados para mejorar el rendimiento de las plataformas.
  • Participar activamente en sesiones de análisis, brainstorming y diseño de soluciones.
  • Identificar riesgos técnicos y coordinar acciones correctivas para minimizar impactos en los proyectos.
  • Proponer mejoras y presentar hallazgos relevantes derivados del análisis de la información.
  • Promover y aplicar estándares, buenas prácticas y lineamientos de ingeniería de datos.
  • Colaborar con equipos de negocio y tecnología para asegurar la correcta implementación de soluciones.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en proyectos del sector bancario.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de paquetes y procedimientos almacenados Oracle.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia construyendo procesos ETL en herramientas de integración de datos.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia desarrollando soluciones con Azure Data Factory.
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia trabajando con Azure Databricks.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de SQL.
  • Conocimiento avanzado de PL/SQL Oracle.
  • Conocimiento básico de modelamiento dimensional para Data Warehouse y Data Lake.
  • Conocimiento de modelamiento de bases de datos y Tercera Forma Normal (3FN).
  • Conocimiento básico de Linux o Unix.
  • Experiencia ejecutando Shell Scripts.
  • Conocimiento de administración de archivos y permisos en entornos Linux.
  • Capacidad para adaptarse a las necesidades del proyecto y trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
  • Experiencia participando en iniciativas de integración y procesamiento de datos empresariales.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en proyectos de implementación de CRM.
  • Conocimiento de conceptos funcionales de CRM.
  • Certificación Microsoft Azure.
  • Certificación Databricks.
  • Experiencia en plataformas analíticas y arquitecturas modernas de datos.
  • Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de gobierno y calidad de datos.
