En Coforge estamos buscando Mid Project Manager (#20799-6-6) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar proyectos tecnológicos asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos, entregables y compromisos establecidos.
  • Gestionar equipos multidisciplinarios orientados a resultados y mejora continua.
  • Realizar seguimiento continuo de OKRs, KPIs, cronogramas y planes de trabajo.
  • Coordinar de manera transversal con áreas de negocio y tecnología.
  • Liderar reuniones de trabajo, seguimiento y planificación de proyectos.
  • Gestionar alcance, cronograma, presupuesto y riesgos de las iniciativas asignadas.
  • Elaborar y dar seguimiento a roadmaps, business cases y planes de implementación.
  • Promover iniciativas de mejora de procesos y eficiencia operativa.
  • Gestionar negociaciones y alineamientos entre stakeholders de diferentes áreas.
  • Preparar y realizar presentaciones ejecutivas para distintos niveles organizacionales.
  • Asegurar la correcta ejecución y control de proyectos estratégicos.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Bachiller o Titulado en Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Tecnología de la Información o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia desempeñándose como Project Manager o Jefe de Proyectos.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos relacionados con arquitecturas de microservicios.
  • Experiencia participando en iniciativas de modernización tecnológica.
  • Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos de proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de gestión de proyectos bajo enfoques tradicionales y ágiles.
  • Conocimiento de PMP.
  • Conocimiento de Scrum.
  • Experiencia utilizando MS Project.
  • Experiencia utilizando Jira.
  • Dominio de herramientas Microsoft Office.
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia gestionando roadmaps, business cases y planificación estratégica.
  • Capacidad para interactuar con stakeholders de negocio y tecnología.
  • Inglés nivel A2.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en entidades bancarias, financieras o microfinancieras.
  • Participación en proyectos de transformación digital.
  • Experiencia en programas corporativos de alta complejidad.
  • Certificación PMP.
  • Certificación Scrum Master o certificaciones ágiles equivalentes.
  • Experiencia liderando iniciativas de mejora operativa y gestión del cambio.
