En Coforge estamos buscando un Gerente de Proyectos Mid con amplia experiencia en dirección de proyectos, gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios y aplicación de metodologías predictivas, ágiles e híbridas. Buscamos un profesional con capacidad de liderazgo, visión estratégica y experiencia en gestión financiera, gobernanza y riesgos, que asegure el cumplimiento de los objetivos y la recuperación de proyectos ante posibles desviaciones.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Planificar, dirigir y controlar proyectos complejos, asegurando el cumplimiento del alcance, los plazos, el presupuesto y los objetivos establecidos.
  • Aplicar metodologías predictivas, ágiles e híbridas de acuerdo con las necesidades y características de cada proyecto.
  • Gestionar presupuestos, indicadores financieros y retorno de inversión, utilizando herramientas como ROI, VAN, TIR y gestión del valor ganado (EVM).
  • Establecer mecanismos de gobernanza para la toma de decisiones, seguimiento de avances y gestión de riesgos.
  • Gestionar las expectativas y la comunicación con los interesados, incluidos directivos y líderes de alto nivel.
  • Identificar desviaciones, gestionar situaciones de crisis y definir planes de recuperación para asegurar la continuidad de los proyectos.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y promover la colaboración para alcanzar los resultados esperados.
  • Brindar acompañamiento, orientación y mentoría a otros gerentes de proyectos y coordinadores.
  • Utilizar herramientas de planificación, seguimiento, visualización y automatización para mejorar el control y la gestión de los proyectos.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Contar con más de 10 años de experiencia profesional.
  • Tener al menos 5 años de experiencia en puestos de gestión de proyectos o similares.
  • Contar con un mínimo de 3 años liderando proyectos complejos, como implementaciones de sistemas empresariales, procesos de transformación organizacional o iniciativas con presupuestos significativos y equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Ser bachiller o titulado en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Empresarial, Administración o carreras afines.
  • Contar con certificación PMP.
  • Tener cursos o especializaciones en gestión predictiva de proyectos y gestión ágil de proyectos.
  • Dominar metodologías híbridas y contar con conocimientos avanzados de PMBOK 7, Scrum, Kanban y enfoques predictivos y adaptativos.
  • Tener experiencia en gestión financiera de proyectos, control presupuestario, ROI, VAN, TIR y gestión del valor ganado (EVM).
  • Contar con conocimientos de gobernanza, toma de decisiones y gestión de riesgos.
  • Manejar Microsoft Project Professional a nivel experto.
  • Tener experiencia en gestión de interesados y comunicación con directivos de alto nivel.
  • Contar con habilidades de liderazgo, negociación, gestión de crisis y recuperación de proyectos.

Requisitos deseables

  • Contar con diplomado, MBA o maestría en Tecnologías de la Información, gestión de proyectos o áreas relacionadas.
  • Tener conocimientos de sistemas informáticos y tecnologías de sectores como finanzas, cadena de suministro, digital o comercial.
  • Manejar herramientas de gestión y planificación como Jira, Planview o similares.
  • Tener experiencia con herramientas de visualización, colaboración y automatización, como Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate y Bizagi.
  • Contar con conocimientos de inglés básico.
