En Coforge estamos buscando un Gerente de Proyectos Senior con amplia experiencia en la planificación, dirección y ejecución de proyectos tecnológicos y de negocio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Facilitar la definición del alcance del proyecto en coordinación con las áreas de negocio.
  • Estructurar los proyectos y establecer la planificación, la estrategia de solución y las actividades necesarias para su ejecución.
  • Planificar y controlar cronogramas, plazos, recursos, costos, calidad y entregables.
  • Definir la metodología de trabajo más adecuada, ya sea predictiva, ágil o híbrida.
  • Liderar equipos multidisciplinarios y orientar sus esfuerzos al cumplimiento de los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Gestionar las partes interesadas y mantener una comunicación efectiva con los equipos involucrados.
  • Supervisar el avance y el desempeño del equipo, identificando desviaciones y definiendo acciones correctivas.
  • Gestionar los cambios relacionados con el alcance, los plazos y los recursos.
  • Monitorear y comunicar el progreso del proyecto mediante informes e indicadores de seguimiento.
  • Identificar y gestionar riesgos, problemas, incidencias y conflictos que puedan afectar los resultados.
  • Coordinar la gestión del cambio organizacional y facilitar la integración de las soluciones con los equipos involucrados.
  • Supervisar la gestión de proveedores, el presupuesto y la calidad de los entregables.

Requisitos indispensables

  • Más de 6 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos.
  • Experiencia gestionando proyectos con presupuestos de entre USD 2 y 5 millones.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos de proyecto de más de 20 y hasta 50 personas.
  • Dominio de la gestión de proyectos, riesgos, problemas, alcance, calidad, proveedores, presupuesto y partes interesadas.
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Project.
  • Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel, PowerPoint y Word.
  • Certificación PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • Certificación en Gestión de Riesgos.
  • Formación o certificación en Management 3.0.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, liderazgo, negociación, organización y análisis.
  • Capacidad para gestionar conflictos, tomar decisiones y orientar los equipos al cumplimiento de objetivos.

Requisitos deseables

  • Conocimientos de gestión del cambio, métricas, indicadores y administración de recursos.
  • Conocimientos de arquitectura de TI, seguridad informática, ingeniería de software, datos e infraestructura.
  • Certificación Scrum Master.
  • Certificación avanzada en Lean.
  • Formación en metodologías ágiles y gestión del tiempo.
  • Conocimientos del marco de trabajo SAFe.
  • Formación en Kanban y técnicas de negociación.
