En Coforge estamos buscando Senior QA Automation Engineer (#20790-5-2) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Diseñar, ejecutar y mantener estrategias de pruebas automatizadas para aplicaciones web, móviles y servicios.
  • Participar en la definición de historias de usuario y criterios técnicos de aceptación.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, smoke, regresión, integración y pruebas no funcionales.
  • Validar APIs, microservicios y flujos de datos complejos.
  • Diseñar y ejecutar pruebas de performance utilizando herramientas especializadas.
  • Gestionar test plans, casos de prueba, evidencias y reportes de calidad.
  • Analizar incidencias y realizar seguimiento de defectos durante todo el ciclo de pruebas.
  • Validar información mediante consultas sobre bases de datos SQL y NoSQL.
  • Participar activamente en equipos ágiles bajo metodología Scrum.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, producto y negocio para asegurar entregas de calidad.
  • Analizar logs y trazabilidad de aplicaciones para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Impulsar iniciativas de automatización y mejora continua dentro del equipo.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +5 años de experiencia como QA Engineer.
  • +2 años de experiencia en automatización de pruebas.
  • Experiencia en pruebas de aplicaciones móviles.
  • Experiencia utilizando frameworks de automatización mobile.
  • Experiencia validando: APIs REST. Microservicios. Flujos de datos y pipelines.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de e-commerce, venta directa o indirecta, plataformas B2B, carritos de compra, campañas digitales o procesos de checkout.
  • Experiencia con al menos un lenguaje de programación: Java. Python. C#.
  • Experiencia participando en la definición de historias de usuario y criterios técnicos.
  • Experiencia gestionando el ciclo completo de pruebas.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles Scrum.
  • Experiencia elaborando: Test Plans. Test Cases. Reportes de resultados. Gestión de defectos.
  • Experiencia utilizando Jira para gestión de pruebas.
  • Experiencia trabajando con: SQL. MongoDB.
  • Dominio de Git.
  • Experiencia utilizando: Selenium. Cucumber. TestRail. Postman.
  • Experiencia en automatización de APIs.
  • Conocimiento de: JSON. POM Pattern.
  • Experiencia revisando logs mediante CloudWatch.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas de rendimiento utilizando: JMeter. K6.

Requisitos deseables

  • Certificación ISTQB.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas de IA Generativa.
  • Experiencia utilizando Cursor.
  • Conocimiento de LLMs y agentes de inteligencia artificial.
  • Experiencia en observabilidad y monitoreo de aplicaciones.
  • Conocimiento de arquitecturas modernas basadas en microservicios.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos cloud.
