En Coforge estamos buscando Senior QA Certification Analyst (#20792-7-8) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Ejecutar procesos de certificación funcional para proyectos y productos financieros.
  • Validar procesos transaccionales relacionados con créditos, pagos, desembolsos y operaciones bancarias.
  • Realizar pruebas funcionales end-to-end sobre aplicaciones, servicios y plataformas financieras.
  • Ejecutar validaciones cruzadas entre interfaz de usuario, APIs, logs y bases de datos.
  • Diseñar, documentar y ejecutar casos de prueba funcionales.
  • Identificar, documentar y realizar seguimiento de defectos durante los ciclos de certificación.
  • Validar integridad y trazabilidad de la información utilizando tablas BanTotal.
  • Ejecutar pruebas de rendimiento sobre APIs y servicios.
  • Analizar trazas y comportamiento de aplicaciones mediante herramientas de observabilidad.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, negocio y soporte para asegurar la calidad de las entregas.
  • Generar evidencias, reportes y documentación de certificación.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +4 años de experiencia en Quality Assurance funcional y certificación de software.
  • Experiencia en proyectos del sector bancario o financiero.
  • Experiencia validando: Créditos. Pagos. Desembolsos. Operaciones financieras transaccionales.
  • Manejo de tablas BanTotal para validaciones funcionales y trazabilidad (requisito excluyente).
  • Experiencia realizando validaciones entre interfaz de usuario y base de datos.
  • Conocimiento sólido de SQL.
  • Experiencia trabajando con bases de datos relacionales.
  • Experiencia validando APIs y servicios mediante Postman.
  • Experiencia ejecutando pruebas de performance utilizando JMeter.
  • Experiencia utilizando Elastic para observabilidad y análisis de trazas.
  • Experiencia utilizando Git para revisión y análisis de cambios.
  • Experiencia identificando, documentando y realizando seguimiento de incidencias.
  • Capacidad para ejecutar pruebas funcionales de manera autónoma.

Requisitos deseables

  • Conocimientos de automatización de pruebas.
  • Experiencia validando servicios REST.
  • Experiencia trabajando en arquitecturas orientadas a servicios o microservicios.
  • Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital dentro del sector financiero.
  • Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de automatización y calidad de software.
  • Familiaridad con herramientas de integración continua.
