En Coforge estamos buscando Technical Lead (#20799-6-14) con el siguiente perfil.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Liderar técnicamente al squad y garantizar la correcta ejecución de las iniciativas asignadas.
  • Diseñar y validar arquitecturas de solución alineadas a estándares de escalabilidad, seguridad y mantenibilidad.
  • Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de soluciones basadas en APIs y microservicios.
  • Realizar revisiones de código y asegurar el cumplimiento de buenas prácticas de ingeniería de software.
  • Guiar técnicamente al equipo en la toma de decisiones arquitectónicas y de desarrollo.
  • Supervisar la calidad técnica de las soluciones antes de su despliegue a producción.
  • Gestionar riesgos tecnológicos y definir planes de mitigación.
  • Priorizar y coordinar la atención de incidencias técnicas críticas.
  • Coordinar con equipos de negocio, tecnología y proveedores para asegurar la correcta ejecución de los proyectos.
  • Impulsar prácticas DevOps y estrategias de integración y despliegue continuo.
  • Fomentar la autonomía técnica, la mejora continua y el desarrollo profesional de los integrantes del squad.
  • Participar activamente en iniciativas de modernización y transformación digital.

Requisitos indispensables

  • +7 años de experiencia en desarrollo de software.
  • Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos, squads ágiles o células de desarrollo.
  • Experiencia como Technical Lead, Software Architect, Solution Architect o posiciones similares.
  • Sólidos conocimientos en arquitectura de soluciones empresariales.
  • Experiencia diseñando e implementando arquitecturas basadas en APIs y microservicios.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo backend con Java.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo frontend con ReactJS.
  • Experiencia trabajando con arquitecturas distribuidas y soluciones escalables.
  • Experiencia desplegando soluciones en ambientes productivos.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia aplicando prácticas DevOps.
  • Experiencia trabajando en entornos Cloud sobre Microsoft Azure.
  • Conocimiento de servicios Azure orientados a aplicaciones, integración y despliegue.
  • Experiencia realizando revisiones de código y validación técnica de entregables.
  • Experiencia gestionando incidencias técnicas y problemas de alta complejidad.
  • Experiencia coordinando con equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Experiencia trabajando bajo metodologías ágiles.

Requisitos deseables

  • Experiencia en proyectos de transformación digital.
  • Conocimiento de arquitectura orientada a eventos.
  • Experiencia con Kubernetes y contenedores.
  • Experiencia en automatización de procesos CI/CD.
  • Conocimiento de observabilidad, monitoreo y gestión de plataformas.
  • Certificaciones relacionadas con Azure, Arquitectura de Soluciones o metodologías ágiles.
  • Experiencia gestionando proveedores y equipos distribuidos.
