Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Bearbeitung der Bilanzbuchhaltung sowie der Anlagen-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Buchung und Abstimmung von Sachkonten, Rückstellungen und Abgrenzungen
  • Erfassung und Verbuchung eingehender Kreditorenrechnungen sowie Koordination der nachgelagerten Freigabeprozesse
  • Übernahme des Offene-Posten-Managements für Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Prüfung und Genehmigung von Zahlvorschlägen im internationalen Zahlungsverkehr
  • Prüfung und Buchung von Zahlungsein- und -ausgängen sowie Eskalation von Abweichungen bei Bedarf
  • Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie beim externen Reporting nach IFRS und HGB
  • Durchführung behördlicher Meldungen, zum Beispiel im Bereich Umsatzsteuer und Intrastat
  • Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Rechnungswesen im ERP-System als Key User für MS Dynamics 365
  • Leitung von Teilprojekten rund um Prozessdesign und Automatisierung
  • Übernahme weiterer kaufmännischer Aufgaben sowie Vertretung innerhalb des Finance-Teams bei Bedarf

Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finance, Accounting oder Rechnungswesen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzbuchhaltung und in der Erstellung und Begleitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
  • Kenntnisse der Rechnungslegung nach HGB; IFRS-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Anlagen-, Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einem ERP-System; Erfahrung mit MS Dynamics 365 ist von Vorteil
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und termintreue Arbeitsweise
  • Ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie die Fähigkeit, Abweichungen frühzeitig zu erkennen und transparent zu kommunizieren
  • Freude daran, Prozesse zu verbessern und Automatisierungsthemen aktiv voranzutreiben
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
