Mit einem klaren Blick für Zahlen und Prozesse übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung aller Geschäftsvorfälle in der Buchhaltung – von der Rechnungserstellung bis zum Mahnwesen. Deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sorgt für reibungslose Abläufe und eine transparente Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

  • Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung Du verantwortest die Buchhaltung nach HGB in NetSuite – vom Hauptbuch über Debitoren und Kreditoren bis zur Anlagenbuchhaltung
  • Kreditorenbuchhaltung im P2P-Prozess Du prüfst und kontierst Eingangsrechnungen, begleitest den Freigabe-Workflow und stellst reibungslose Zahlungsläufe sicher
  • Debitorenbuchhaltung im O2C-Prozess Du stimmst Fakturen ab, ordnest Zahlungen zu, steuerst das Mahnwesen und klärst Differenzen eigenständig mit den Beteiligten
  • Monats- und Quartalsabschlüsse Du bereitest die Abschlüsse strukturiert vor und führst sie durch – inklusive Abgrenzungen, Rückstellungen, Kontenabstimmungen und Abschlussbuchungen
  • Intercompany-Buchhaltung Du erfasst Verrechnungen, stimmst dich mit unseren Konzerngesellschaften in der DACH-Region und den Nordics ab und klärst offene Posten
  • Jahresabschluss & Abschlussprüfung Du stellst Prüfungsunterlagen und Saldenbestätigungen bereit und beantwortest Rückfragen der Prüferinnen und Prüfer

Was Du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. Steuerfachangestellte/r) /Studium, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich Buchhaltung (z. B. Finanzbuchhalter/in IHK)
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einer Buchhaltungssoftware, wünschenswert Netsuite
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
