WER WIR SIND: torq.partners ist eine Finance-as-a-Service Unternehmensberatung für Startups und KMU. Seit unserer Gründung 2020 sind wir auf ein Team von über 80 Mitarbeitenden gewachsen und haben mehr als 800 Organisationen beraten. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden schaffen unsere Beraterinnen und Berater Transparenz durch skalierbare Finanzprozesse, saubere Daten und intelligente Tools. Wir stellen unseren Kunden Teams von Junior Buchhalter*in bis CFOs projektbasiert oder im Interim-Management bereit.

In der Rolle als Accountant (Interne Bezeichnung: Senior Associate) übernimmst Du Projektaufgaben bei unseren Kunden und Kundinnen. Alleine oder in kleinen Teams arbeitest Du an Accounting bezogenen Fragestellungen und hilfst dabei, unseren Qualitätsanspruch sicherzustellen.

DEINE AUFGABEN:

  • Projektarbeit: Eigenständige Durchführung von Accounting und Backoffice Projekten bei Start-ups und KMUs
  • Accounting & Abschlüsse: Betreuung der laufenden Buchhaltung unserer Kunden und Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Prozesse: Aufsetzen oder Optimieren von Prozessen, Automatisierungen sowie Finance Tools (Spend Management, Rechnungseingang und -ausgang, Vorerfassungssysteme etc.)
  • Stakeholder-Management: Zusammenarbeit mit Steuerberatungen, Finanzabteilungen, Behörden und weiteren relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Projektabhängige Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden: überwiegend remote, bei Bedarf auch vor Ort

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

  • Du hast relevante Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung (z.B. als Finanzbuchhalter*in) - vorzugsweise im Mittelstand, einem Start-up oder einer Beratung
  • Du kannst in mindestens einem gängigen Buchhaltungs- oder ERP-Systeme arbeiten (z.B. DATEV Rechnungswesen, Lexware, SAP oder Business Central / Navision)
  • Du bist fit in Excel / Google Sheets und bringst eine hohe Zahlenaffinität mit
  • Du hast sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch (ca. C1) und gute in Englisch (min. B1)
  • Im Idealfall bringst Du Erfahrung in einem der folgenden Bereiche mit:Prozessoptimierung Einführung von Finance- und Accountingtools Arbeit mit Vorerfassungssystemen, wie z.B. DATEV Unternehmen Online, Spendesk, MOSS oder Finway
  • Du hast Lust auf abwechslungsreiche Projektarbeit und willst Kunden remote oder projektabhängig und in begrenztem Umfang auch vor Ort unterstützen
