Missão do Cargo:

Sustentar a informação gerencial da plataforma imobiliária por meio de análises financeiras, acompanhamento orçamentário e indicadores confiáveis, transformando dados das SPEs em suporte para a tomada de decisão.

Formação:

Superior completo em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Economia ou Engenharia. Pós-graduação em Controladoria ou Finanças será considerada diferencial.

Principais Atribuições:

  • Elaborar reports gerenciais e apoiar reportes ao acionista;
  • Realizar análises real x orçado, forecast e desvios;
  • Efetuar alocação e rateio de custos por SPE, centro de custo e obra;
  • Administrar a carteira de seguros dos empreendimentos;
  • Apoiar o fechamento contábil com atenção a POC, RET e patrimônio de afetação;
  • Desenvolver dashboards e indicadores financeiros e operacionais;
  • Automatizar processos, controles e análises utilizando dados e IA.

Experiência Anterior:

Experiência sólida em Controladoria e/ou Planejamento Financeiro, preferencialmente no setor imobiliário, construção ou ambientes com múltiplas SPEs; vivência com orçamento, análise de variações, reporte gerencial e indicadores de desempenho.

Conhecimentos Necessários:

  • Orçamento, forecast e análise real x orçado;
  • POC, patrimônio de afetação, RET e custos de obra;
  • Excel avançado e modelagem financeira;
  • Power BI ou ferramentas de visualização de dados;
  • Dashboards, KPIs e reporte gerencial;
  • Automação de processos, IA, SQL e RPA (diferencial).
