Sobre a área: A área de Agro é responsável pela administração estratégica de ativos e operações ligadas ao setor do agronegócio, buscando maximizar a geração de valor dos investimentos, mitigar riscos e garantir a execução das estratégias definidas para cada caso.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar a gestão ativa de um portfólio de ativos e operações do agronegócio;
  • Desenvolver estratégias para maximização de retorno dos investimentos e captura de valor dos ativos sob gestão;
  • Elaborar análises econômico-financeiras, modelagens e estudos de viabilidade de projetos e operações;
  • Monitorar indicadores de performance, fluxo de caixa, orçamento e evolução dos ativos;
  • Estruturar e acompanhar planos de ação junto às áreas parceiras, garantindo a execução das estratégias definidas;
  • Conduzir apresentações e defender recomendações em comitês internos de decisão;
  • Coordenar interlocução com stakeholders internos e externos, incluindo consultores, operadores, assessores e parceiros comerciais;
  • Elaborar relatórios gerenciais e materiais executivos para suporte à tomada de decisão;
  • Identificar riscos e oportunidades relacionados aos ativos e ao mercado agropecuário.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Agronômica, Engenharia, Economia, Administração, Zootecnia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência prévia em gestão de portfólio, investimentos, crédito agro, operações estruturadas ou gestão de ativos agropecuários;
  • Forte capacidade analítica e conhecimento em modelagem financeira;
  • Conhecimento de indicadores econômicos e dinâmica do setor agropecuário;
  • Excel avançado e habilidades de análise de dados;
  • Capacidade de estruturar recomendações e apresentações executivas;
  • Experiência com ativos estressados, crédito rural ou reestruturação de operações é um diferencial;
  • Conhecimento de valuation de ativos rurais;
  • Experiência em fundos, bancos, gestoras ou consultorias focadas no setor agro;
  • Familiaridade com instrumentos financeiros do agronegócio (CRA, CPR, Fiagro, entre outros).
