Sobre a área: O time é responsável por realizar a triagem e análise inicial das oportunidades de crédito, principalmente NPL, avaliando a viabilidade dos casos e identificando aqueles com maior potencial de retorno. Utilizando tecnologia, automação e inteligência artificial, transforma grandes volumes de dados em análises rápidas e assertivas, direcionando para precificação apenas as melhores oportunidades

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Triagem de propostas comerciais;
  • Organização, estruturação e padronização dos dados recebidos, garantindo a qualidade da informação;
  • Aplicar inteligência artificial e modelos analíticos para aumentar a eficiência e assertividade das análises;
  • Trabalhar em parceria com os times de Screening, Precificação, Tecnologia e Inteligência para identificar oportunidades de ganho de produtividade;
  • Garantir a qualidade, rastreabilidade e governança dos dados utilizados nas análises;
  • Atuar como suporte operacional aos times de Screening e Precificação, garantindo e acompanhando o andamento de tarefas necessárias.

Requisitos:

  • Formação superior em Administração, Engenharias, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento avançado em Excel ou similares;
  • Conhecimento básico em SQL;
  • Capacidade técnica para lidar com volume massivo de dados estruturados e não estruturados;
  • Perfil analítico, estruturado e com forte capacidade de resolução de problemas;

Diferenciais:

  • Experiência com Inteligência Artificial Generativa (LLMs, Copilot, OpenAI, Claude, entre outros);
  • Conhecimento em Python;
  • Conhecimento em web scraping, RPA e automação de processos;
  • Experiência em operações financeiras, crédito, NPL ou mercado de capitais.
