The posting

Uma empresa especializada na fabricação e comercialização de ofurôs de madeira está em busca de um profissional para atuar na área comercial, conduzindo todo o processo de vendas consultivas e auxiliando os clientes na escolha da melhor solução para seus projetos.

Principais atividades:

  • Realizar atendimento e prospecção de clientes;
  • Trabalhar com leads gerados por ações de marketing;
  • Conduzir todo o processo comercial, desde o primeiro contato até o fechamento da venda;
  • Elaborar propostas comerciais;
  • Auxiliar no desenvolvimento de projetos por meio de aplicativo específico (a empresa oferece treinamento);
  • Realizar alinhamentos técnicos e comerciais com a gestão;
  • Efetuar visitas técnicas quando necessário;
  • Elaborar contratos e acompanhar o processo de pagamento;
  • Manter contato com as áreas de produção e logística para acompanhamento dos pedidos;
  • Garantir uma experiência consultiva e personalizada ao cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência com vendas consultivas ou técnicas;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de negociação;
  • Facilidade com cálculos e análise de descontos e condições comerciais;
  • Perfil proativo e orientado para resultados;
  • Atenção aos detalhes e organização;
  • Desejável vivência em segmentos relacionados à construção civil, arquitetura, paisagismo, acabamentos ou projetos personalizados.

Diferenciais:

  • Formação ou cursando Arquitetura, Engenharia, Design de Interiores, Paisagismo ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência com leitura ou desenvolvimento de projetos;
  • Vivência em lojas de acabamentos, móveis planejados, esquadrias, piscinas, spas ou produtos de alto valor agregado.

Remuneração:

  • Contratação PJ;
  • Ajuda de custo entre R$ 2.000,00 e R$ 2.500,00;
  • Comissão sobre vendas;
  • Possibilidade de ganhos atrativos conforme desempenho.

Horário de trabalho:

  • Segunda a quinta-feira: das 7h às 17h;
  • Sexta-feira: das 7h às 16h.

Local de trabalho:

  • Presencial na zona norte- Vila Guilherme
