Sobre a oportunidade

Buscamos um(a) Vendedor(a) de Veículos para realizar atendimentos presenciais e digitais, acompanhar oportunidades comerciais e conduzir negociações até o fechamento. Procuramos uma pessoa comunicativa, organizada e com iniciativa para construir relacionamentos e gerar resultados.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Atender clientes presencialmente e pelos canais digitais.
  • Receber e qualificar os contatos encaminhados pela equipe de pré-vendas (SDR), identificando necessidades e interesse de compra.
  • Apresentar veículos, esclarecer dúvidas e negociar condições comerciais.
  • Acompanhar propostas de venda e financiamento até o fechamento.
  • Registrar atendimentos, negociações e próximos passos no CRM.
  • Realizar retornos aos clientes e acompanhar oportunidades em andamento.
  • Manter presença profissional ativa nas redes sociais, apoiando a divulgação dos veículos e o relacionamento com clientes.

Requisitos e qualificações

  • Experiência em vendas no setor automotivo ou em vendas consultivas de maior valor, como grandes redes varejistas e lojas de crédito.
  • CNH válida, preferencialmente categoria AB.
  • Facilidade com atendimento digital e ferramentas de CRM.
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita.
  • Habilidade de negociação e foco em resultados.
  • Disponibilidade para a jornada informada e para atender às demandas das três unidades.

Remuneração

  • Salário fixo de R$ 2.200,00 mensais.
  • Comissão por venda de veículos e financiamentos.
  • Remuneração variável estimada entre R$ 1.000,00 e R$ 2.000,00 mensais, conforme resultados e regras da empresa. A estimativa não representa garantia de pagamento mensal.

  • Segunda a sexta-feira, das 9h às 18h.
