Als Gebietsverkaufsleiter (m/w/d) Nord-Ost umfasst die Tätigkeit die Betreuung bestehender Geschäftspartner sowie die aktive Neukundenakquise im jeweiligen Vertriebsgebiet. Dazu gehören die Identifikation neuer Marktpotenziale, die Erstellung von Angeboten sowie die technische Beratung der Kunden.

Darüber hinaus zählen die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, die Umsetzung individueller Kundenlösungen, die Teilnahme an Fachmessen sowie die Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen und Kundenschulungen zum Aufgabenbereich. Ergänzt wird die Position durch die jährliche Budgetplanung und Erfolgskontrolle im Vertriebsgebiet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden und Händlern im zugewiesenen Vertriebsgebiet (Thüringen, Sachsen, Sachsen-Anhalt, Brandenburg, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern & Berlin), inklusive Produktvorstellungen, Schulungen zu Engelmann-Produkten und lösungsorientierter Unterstützung durch die Fachabteilungen
  • Umsatzsicherung und gezielter Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsfelder
  • Proaktive Neukundenakquise und Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale
  • Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, Bedarfsanalysen und umfassender Kundenberatung
  • Preis- und Mengenkontrolle sowie Abstimmung von Abnahmemengen
  • Planung und Kontrolle des jährlichen Budgets für das Vertriebsgebiet
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen und Fachveranstaltungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Erste Vertriebserfahrung und ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, idealerweise im Bereich Energieversorger oder Messdienste
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängiger EDV und Reisebereitschaft
  • Analytisches Denken, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
