Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen Kundenstamms, aktive Neukundengewinnung sowie nachhaltige Kundenbindung. Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien, die Erreichung von Umsatz- und Budgetzielen sowie die enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams. Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung, Beratung und Weiterentwicklung eines definierten internationalen Kundenstamms
  • Reaktivierung von Bestandskunden sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung durch gezielte Akquise
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten sowie Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen unter Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Auftragsabwicklung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung vertrieblicher Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung und Kundenbindung
  • Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und Umsatzentwicklung internationaler Kunden
  • Erstellung von Preislisten und Kundenvereinbarungen in Abstimmung mit dem Vertriebsleiter
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsleiter sowie mit interdisziplinären Teams
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten sowie kontinuierlicher Ausbau von Produkt- und Marktkenntnissen zur Optimierung der Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Aktiver Beitrag zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und langfristigen Kundenbindung

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Kundenservice oder Vertrieb
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Kaltakquise bzw. Telefonakquise wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick sowie hohe Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Freude am aktiven Vertrieb
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP- oder CRM-Systemen (z. B. MS Dynamics AX von Vorteil)
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in mindestens einer der folgenden Sprachen sind zwingend erforderlich: Slowakisch, Tschechisch oder Polnisch
