Verantwortung für den zuverlässigen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung moderner gebäudetechnischer Anlagen. Steuerung von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen, Umsetzung technischer Optimierungen und Projekte sowie Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit. Enge Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen, aktive Mitgestaltung sicherer und nachhaltiger Arbeitsbedingungen sowie Unterstützung der Teamleitung Betriebstechnik bei vielseitigen technischen und organisatorischen Aufgaben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Organisation und termingerechte Durchführung von Service- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen an gebäudetechnischen Anlagen
  • Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit und Funktionsfähigkeit der technischen Betriebsanlagen, der Infrastruktur sowie der Betriebseinrichtungen
  • Eigenständige Umsetzung von Einzelmaßnahmen und kleineren Projekten unter Berücksichtigung betrieblicher Veränderungen und Anforderungen
  • Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit sowie Unterstützung angrenzender Bereiche nach Bedarf
  • Sicherstellung und Organisation der Außenbereichspflege (insbesondere Kehr- und Räumdienst)
  • Umsetzung von Maßnahmen im Bereich Arbeits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen innerhalb des Aufgabenbereichs
  • Unterstützung des Teamleiters Betriebstechnik in organisatorischen und fachlichen Fragestellungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene handwerkliche oder technische Berufsausbildung (z. B. im Bereich Elektro, Metall, Sanitär, Heizung, Klima oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Betriebstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder Instandhaltung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen, wünschenswert
