De organisatie heeft de afgelopen jaren geïnvesteerd in de digitalisering van haar processen en applicaties. Daarbij wordt steeds vaker het Mendix low-codeplatform gebruikt voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe toepassingen en de modernisering van bestaande oplossingen.

Om de continuïteit, onderhoudbaarheid en verdere evolutie van dit applicatielandschap te ondersteunen, wordt een gespecialiseerd Mendix-team ingezet. Binnen dit team werk je mee aan de analyse, ontwikkeling, uitbreiding, optimalisatie, integratie en ondersteuning van bestaande en eventuele toekomstige Mendix-applicaties.

De werkzaamheden kunnen onder meer bestaan uit:

  • ontwikkelen van nieuwe functionaliteiten;
  • onderhouden en optimaliseren van bestaande toepassingen;
  • integreren van interne en externe systemen;
  • verbeteren van performantie, beveiliging en gebruikservaring;
  • ondersteunen van migratie- en moderniseringstrajecten;
  • analyseren en implementeren van nieuwe businessbehoeften;
  • opstellen van technische en functionele documentatie;
  • overdragen van kennis aan interne teams.

Je werkt volgens Agile/Scrum-principes en werkt nauw samen met de businessdiensten, de ICT-dienst en eventuele externe partners.

Binnen het multidisciplinaire team neemt de Application Architect / Technical Lead onder meer de volgende verantwoordelijkheden op:

  • ontwikkelen van complexe functionaliteiten;
  • bieden van technische ondersteuning aan ontwikkelteams;
  • realiseren van integraties;
  • uitvoeren van code reviews;
  • optimaliseren van performantie en onderhoudbaarheid;
  • ondersteunen van releases en deployments.

Afhankelijk van de behoeften kan je worden ingezet voor nieuwe projecten, uitbreidingen van bestaande applicaties, onderhoud en support, optimalisatietrajecten en migratie- of moderniseringsinitiatieven.
