Functieomschrijving

In Geel werk je als Containment Project Engineer aan projecten in farmaceutische productieomgevingen. Veiligheid, productkwaliteit en procesbeheersing staan daarbij centraal. Je coördineert engineering- en investeringsprojecten met een specifieke focus op containmentoplossingen.

Je werkt samen met stakeholders uit productie, engineering, QA en EHS. Daarbij bewaak je dat installaties, processen en werkmethodes voldoen aan de geldende containmentvereisten. Je technische kennis van containmentprincipes helpt mee zorgen voor een veilige werkomgeving en een gecontroleerde productieomgeving.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Coördineren van containmentprojecten binnen farmaceutische productieomgevingen.
  • Definiëren en opvolgen van technische oplossingen voor isolatoren en gesloten transfersystemen.
  • Evalueren van risico's met aandacht voor OEL- en PBOEL-vereisten.
  • Bewaken van de implementatie van primaire en secundaire barrières.
  • Samenwerken met productie-, EHS-, QA- en engineeringteams tijdens de uitvoering van projecten.
  • Ondersteunen van validatie-, kwalificatie- en opstartactiviteiten voor nieuwe installaties.
  • Adviseren van stakeholders over veiligheid en containmentstrategieën.

Soft skills

Je werkt gestructureerd, communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en vertaalt technische informatie helder naar concrete acties binnen projecten.

Hard skills

  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische of wetenschappelijke richting.
  • Je hebt ervaring als Project Engineer, Project Manager of projectcoördinator binnen pharma of life sciences.
  • Je hebt kennis van containmentprincipes binnen farmaceutische productie.
  • Je hebt ervaring met OEL, PBOEL, isolatoren en primaire en secundaire barrières.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
