📋 Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Voor de vergroening van een busvloot worden elektrische bussen en de bijbehorende laadinfrastructuur uitgerold. Binnen het programma voor Elektrische Bus Systemen, EBS, maakt de Expert Change Agent deel uit van het kernteam en rapporteert deze aan de verantwoordelijke voor change binnen het programma.

Doel van de functie

Voor de toegewezen stelplaatsen en de bijbehorende onderhoudscentra coördineer en volg je de implementatie van alle EBS-gerelateerde processen en procedures op. Je faciliteert de veranderingen en helpt het draagvlak voor en het gebruik van de elektrische bussystemen te verzekeren. Daarnaast coördineer en volg je de uitrol van de DMS- en DCM-software, het Depot- en Charge Management Systeem.

Hoofdtaken

  1. Implementatie van processen en procedures Je coördineert de implementatie van alle EBS-gerelateerde procedures en processen op de stelplaats aan de hand van het implementatiedraaiboek. Je bewaakt het totaalbeeld van de projectplanning voor de toegewezen stelplaatsen en onderhoudscentra. Je rapporteert over de voortgang aan het projectteam en de change manager en signaleert risico’s.
  2. Aanspreekpunt tijdens de implementatie Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt op de stelplaats tijdens de implementatiefase. Je brengt de nodige actoren met elkaar in contact en organiseert overleg met de betrokken teams. Je communiceert regelmatig met de stakeholders op de stelplaats. Je verzamelt vragen en coördineert de interne voorbereiding van een onderbouwd antwoord. Je ondersteunt gebruikers tijdens hun gewenningsproces. Je bent aanwezig tijdens de voorbereidingen, roadshows, implementatie, opleidingen en de hypercareperiode na go-live, tot de overdracht aan de business.
  3. Probleemanalyse en opvolging Je detecteert en analyseert problemen die tijdens de implementatie ontstaan. Je lost problemen waar mogelijk ter plaatse op en voert indien nodig een root cause-analyse uit. Je legt problemen gestructureerd voor aan de juiste personen en volgt de status van openstaande punten op. Je rapporteert over het probleem en de gevonden oplossing aan de change manager. Je beoordeelt of een oplossing voldoende stabiel is voor de dagelijkse werking.
  4. Change en begeleiding Je faciliteert de veranderingen op de stelplaats en motiveert de medewerkers. Je levert input voor het change-actieplan. Je bemiddelt bij weerstand of conflicten tijdens de implementatie. Je escaleert knelpunten wanneer dat nodig is naar de change manager.

Communicatie en overleg

  • Je hebt regelmatig contact met de verschillende geledingen binnen de organisatie en met het EBS-programmateam.
  • Je bent aanwezig op de toegewezen stelplaatsen en werkt er samen met de lokale teams van onder meer Operaties en Techniek.
  • Je werkt samen met de deskundige voor organisatie en change rond opleiding en communicatie.
  • Je hebt soms contact met externe leveranciers en dienstverleners.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring met change management en met veranderingsmanagement binnen complexe projecten of programma’s van aanzienlijke omvang.
  • Je kunt de implementatie van grote infrastructuurwerken of vergelijkbare implementaties, zoals de introductie van elektrische bussen, coördineren en opvolgen tot en met go-live en aftercare.
  • Je kent incident- en change management.
  • Je hebt kennis van de te implementeren processen, procedures en de ondersteunende software op basisniveau.
  • Je beschikt over een diploma hoger onderwijs op bachelor- of masterniveau. Dit diploma moet worden opgeladen.
  • Kennis van Asset Management, elektrische bussen en laadinfrastructuur, ADKAR Prosci en overheidsopdrachten sluit aan bij deze rol.
