📋 Tâches et responsabilités

Ce poste de Project Manager IT medior consiste à piloter et coordonner les projets dont vous avez la charge, en veillant à l'alignement entre les besoins métier, les équipes IT et les fournisseurs.

Vos responsabilités principales sont les suivantes :

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins ainsi que les exigences en lien avec les objectifs du projet.
  • Coordonner les différentes parties prenantes et assurer la cohérence entre les équipes métier, IT et les fournisseurs.
  • Planifier les activités, suivre les livrables, les jalons et les dépendances du projet.
  • Consolider les estimations de charge, les coûts et les besoins en ressources liés aux évolutions et développements.
  • Piloter les livraisons de solutions et d'adaptations logicielles dans le respect des délais et des engagements définis.
  • Identifier les risques, incidents, dépendances et écarts, puis coordonner les actions correctives.
  • Veiller à la qualité, à la conformité et à l'adéquation des solutions par rapport aux besoins exprimés.
  • Assurer la gouvernance du projet, le reporting et une communication régulière sur l'avancement.
  • Maintenir la documentation opérationnelle et contribuer à la continuité ainsi qu'à l'amélioration des services.
  • Assurer le rôle de responsable d'application pour les activités d'accès du Centre administratif de la Ville de Bruxelles.

Le poste est exercé en mode hybride, avec une présence sur site d'au moins 3 jours par semaine au Centre administratif de la Ville de Bruxelles.

📝 Votre profil

Vous disposez d'une expérience en tant que Project Manager IT medior.

  • Maîtrise des méthodes et référentiels Lean, MSP, Prince 2 et SCRUM.
  • Bonne capacité de modélisation.
  • Vous communiquez aisément en néerlandais ou en français, avec un bon niveau d'anglais.
