Functieomschrijving

Als Cleaning Validation Engineer werk je in een farmaceutische productieomgeving en zorg je ervoor dat reinigingsprocessen aantoonbaar voldoen aan de geldende GMP-richtlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen. Je stemt daarbij af met productie, kwaliteitsafdelingen en laboratoria en combineert technische kennis met een praktische aanpak op de werkvloer. Je draagt bij aan efficiënte en betrouwbare validaties, ondersteunt nieuwe projecten en helpt bestaande processen verder te verbeteren.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van strategieën en studies rond cleaning validation.
  • Schrijven van validatieplannen, protocollen en rapporten volgens GMP.
  • Ondersteunen van de introductie van nieuwe producten en equipment.
  • Coördineren van sampling, analyses en opvolging in samenwerking met laboratoria.
  • Behandelen van afwijkingen, change controls en validatievraagstukken.
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke reviews en hervalidaties.
  • Verder uitbouwen van kennis rond CIP-processen, equipment, software en validatie.

📝 Jouw profiel

Je werkt nauwkeurig, behoudt het overzicht in complexe situaties en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders. Je weet prioriteiten correct in te schatten en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en verantwoordelijkheid belangrijk zijn.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting.
  • Minstens 3 jaar ervaring met cleaning validation binnen een GMP-omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen de farmaceutische of life sciences sector.
  • Kennis van GMP-richtlijnen, cleaningprocessen, CIP-systemen en validatie.
  • Een vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
