Voor een langlopende opdracht in de regio Antwerpen zoeken we een Senior Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant.

In deze rol werk je mee aan een grootschalige internationale transformatie binnen Dynamics 365. De omgeving is complex, met service- en distributieorganisaties in meerdere landen, talen en business units. De focus ligt op een meer gestandaardiseerde Dynamics-aanpak, met Microsoft best practices als uitgangspunt en een bewuste afbouw van overbodige customisaties.

Je neemt end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid op voor serviceprocessen binnen Dynamics 365 Field Service en vertaalt bedrijfsnoden naar schaalbare functionele oplossingen. Daarbij combineer je businessinzicht, functioneel ontwerp en hands-on configuratie.

  • Je analyseert, ontwerpt en verbetert bedrijfsprocessen binnen Dynamics 365.
  • Je adviseert stakeholders over de best passende oplossing binnen het standaard Dynamics-platform.
  • Je bevraagt complexe of niet-standaard requirements en stuurt aan op duurzame standaardoplossingen.
  • Je configureert Dynamics 365 Field Service, Dataverse en model-driven applicaties.
  • Je ontwerpt en optimaliseert processen rond work orders, resource scheduling, dispatching en service operations.
  • Je richt resources, skills, territories, bookings en scheduling in.
  • Je werkt mee aan mobiele Dynamics-oplossingen voor technische teams.
  • Je helpt de globale Dynamics-template vorm te geven voor internationale uitrol.
  • Je ondersteunt workshops, testing, UAT, training en go-live activiteiten.
  • Je stemt af met architecten, developers, SAP-specialisten en business stakeholders.
  • Je bewaakt de balans tussen globale standaardisatie en lokale behoeften.

📝 Jouw profiel

Je brengt sterke functionele ervaring mee binnen Microsoft Dynamics 365 en kan vlot schakelen tussen business, functioneel design en configuratie.

  • Je hebt diepgaande expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met Dataverse en de configuratie van model-driven applicaties.
  • Je kent work orders, resource scheduling, dispatching en service operations grondig.
  • Je hebt ervaring met mobiele Dynamics-oplossingen voor techniekers.
  • Je beschikt over sterk inzicht in bedrijfsprocessen en functionele analyse.
  • Je hebt ervaring in internationale of multi-country Dynamics-projecten.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met stakeholdermanagement op senior niveau.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en Nederlands.
  • Je bent bereid om 50% on-site in Wilrijk/Antwerpen te werken.

Ervaring met SAP-geïntegreerde omgevingen, industriële serviceorganisaties of manufacturing, globale template governance, grootschalige internationale roll-outs en complexe service- en distributienetwerken is een sterke meerwaarde.

Deze rol past bij iemand die ownership neemt, zelfstandig beslissingen durft te maken en zich goed voelt in een internationale context waar standaardisatie en samenwerking met andere bedrijfskritische systemen centraal staan.
