Voor deze functie zoeken we een helpdeskmedewerker die ondersteuning biedt in 1ste en 2de lijn.

Je behandelt gebruikersvragen en incidenten, volgt meldingen op via servicedesktools en werkt mee aan een correcte registratie in de CMDB. Daarnaast ondersteun je eindgebruikers in Windows-desktopomgevingen, inclusief standaard pc-installaties, Office en Office 365.

Je staat ook in voor ondersteuning binnen een omgeving met Active Directory, Citrix, VMware, mobiele toestellen en VPN-oplossingen zoals DirectAccess of Always On VPN.

📝 Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring als helpdeskmedewerker in 1ste en 2de lijn.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring met de betrokken technologieën.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met servicedesktools, bijvoorbeeld Omnitracker, en met het beheer van een CMDB.
  • Je hebt ervaring met beheer en installatie van Windows-desktopomgevingen, waaronder Windows 11.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van Windows Active Directory.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 60 maanden voltijdse professionele ervaring in ICT, waarvan minstens 48 maanden als servicedeskmedewerker.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en bent goed verstaanbaar via telefoon.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare basiskennis van ITIL Service Support.
  • Je hebt ervaring met beheer en ondersteuning van gebruikers in een Citrix-gebaseerde omgeving en op virtuele machines binnen VMware.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het beheer van mobiele toestellen in een professionele omgeving.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met VPN-technologieën zoals DirectAccess of Always On VPN.
  • Je hebt ervaring met standaard pc-installaties.
  • Je kan ondersteuning bieden voor Office en Office 365 in 1ste en 2de lijn.
  • Je hebt algemene aantoonbare kennis van Active Directory in 1ste en 2de lijn.
  • Je hebt algemene aantoonbare Windows-kennis in 1ste en 2de lijn.
  • Je beschikt over basiskennis van netwerken.
